Had wire shelving in my garage for years that eventually bent under my tool collection. Got tired of it and switched to these. Night and day difference - loaded up with power tools, bins of hardware, even my bench grinder, and zero flex. Took maybe 20-25 min to put together without any tools needed.
My husband and I sell on Etsy and needed real storage, not plastic bins everywhere. Bought one unit first to test it out. Now we have four connected together. Love that the add-ons share the uprights - saved us a good chunk of money expanding.
We pay 3x this for our main industrial racking. Tried Atlas for an overflow section as an experiment. Honestly can't tell the difference in person. Ordering more to replace some of our older stuff as it wears out.
Only complaint is I wish I'd gotten the 96" instead. I have 9ft ceilings and could use the extra space. The 78" is fine but measure twice, order once I guess. Shelves themselves are great though, way better than the wire rack stuff.
Put two units along the back wall and two add-ons on the side wall in an L shape. Paint, car stuff, holiday decorations, camping gear - everything has a spot now. Being able to adjust shelf heights made a huge difference for fitting odd-sized items.
Bought several for our community workshop. 30" depth fits the bigger equipment and materials people bring in. No wobble at all even when someone's yanking something heavy off the top. Members keep asking where we got them.
I work on cars as a hobby so I have transmissions, engine parts, full toolboxes. Had a cheap shelf literally collapse once. These don't budge. You can tell it's real steel, not that thin stuff that bends if you look at it wrong.
Run a small clothing boutique. Customers sometimes see into the back when we open the door. Wanted something that didn't look like a mess. These actually look intentional, not like random garage shelving. Functional and presentable.
Shelving is great, no issues there. Shipping took about 2 weeks to get to Georgia though. Not a dealbreaker but I was eager to get my garage sorted. Once it showed up I had it built same day.
First order was 2 years ago for the garage. Then got some for the basement last year. Just ordered again for my shed. Same quality each time. Also nice that I could buy extra shelves for my original unit - they still had the same parts.
We have a small brewery and needed storage for kegs, grain bags, equipment. Stacked full kegs on these (they're heavy) and the shelves don't care. Also holding up fine in our humid brewing area, no rust or anything.
Needed garage storage but the garage is visible from our kitchen window. Wife vetoed the ugly industrial look. These actually look decent - she signed off. Win win. Holds all my stuff and doesn't look like a warehouse.
Replaced old pallet racking with these. 20 units total, team got them all assembled in one day. The add-on system made it easy to configure exactly what we needed for different aisle widths. Would recommend for commercial.
Figured it out fine but the instruction sheet is pretty minimal. A few more pictures would help people who aren't handy. Not a big deal, just something to improve. Shelves themselves are solid once you get them together.
Costs more upfront than the big box stuff but I've thrown out 3 sets of cheap shelves over the years. These aren't going anywhere. Plus I can add onto them later instead of starting over. Makes more sense long term.
